    Dos&CoKennels provides a certificate for 30 days of complimentary health insurance through Trupanion. Activation of this coverage is the responsibility of the customer. Any warranty-related issues within the initial 30-day period will only be covered for the deductible incurred. It is the Buyer's obligation to enroll the puppy within 24 hours of acquisition with Trupanion to activate this complimentary coverage.

Our Puppy Curriculum

Early Neurological Simulation

 Puppy ENS involves a series of brief and gentle exercises designed to stimulate a puppy's neurological system during the first few weeks of life. These exercises are often performed daily and include actions such as:

a. **Tactile Stimulation:** Gently touching the puppy's body and paws with a Q-tip or similar soft material.

     

b. **Head Held Erect:** Holding the puppy upright, encouraging it to support its own weight

c. **Supine Position:** Holding the puppy on its back for a short duration.

     

   d. **Thermal Stimulation:** Placing the puppy on a cool or warm surface for a brief period.




Early Scent Introduction

Early Scent Introduction involves exposing puppies to various scents at an early age to familiarize them with different odors. Breeders may introduce scents such as herbs, spices, or other safe materials to the puppies.


  - The goal of ESI is to expose puppies to a variety of scents to help develop their olfactory senses. This early exposure can be beneficial for working dogs, such as those trained for specific tasks like search and rescue, as well as for companion animals.
